Sponsored by Qualcomm The Qualcomm Extreme Technology Makeover Program 2009 will select 4 non-profit organizations in San Diego County to receive complete and customized information technology updates at no cost, including:
The Extreme Technology Makeovers will be selected through a competitive application process. Applications must be submitted online by 5pm on April 20, 2009. Finalists will be notified on May 5, 2009 in order to schedule a site visit. Grant recipients will be notified on May 22, 2009. Makeover projects will be described in a formal statement of work and scheduled over the Summer and Fall of 2009. Nonprofits will describe their technology challenges, outline how these challenges affect the efficiency of the organization and state how a makeover would improve their ability to serve their clients. To qualify, an agency must be an established 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves San Diego County and abides standard non-discrimination policies.
