The SDFF Help Desk provides technical support to San Diego nonprofits and individuals receiving technology through our San Diego Broadband Initiative program.
The Help Desk take calls for computer support both before and after the computer is received. Individuals can call if they have questions before they get a computer or Internet services, and can call for support after they've received one. Our technicians can even connect to our clients' computers remotely to help resolve problems. The most common questions are:
